Activities with Our Graduate Students

It is expected that the following activities, specified and substantiated in the GU KIP-2024 report, will be carried out by you through meetings with our graduate students;

• LYK-S 2024/98: Increasing the number of active graduates registered in the Alumni Information System by participating in the system after graduation to provide the advantages and organizing activities (SEP F.1.3.1.).
• LYK-S 2024/89: Conducting studies to increase the effective use and widespread impact of the Alumni Information System. (LYK 2021/23-a).
• LYK 2024/100: Facilitating meetings of successful employers, students, academicians, and bureaucrats who are graduates of Gazi University. (LYK 2022/8).
• LYK 2024/138: Coming together and institutionalizing our graduates by giving a date and slogan/name to them (10th year graduates, 20th year graduates, etc.) and giving souvenir plaques. (LYK 2021/23-d)
• LYK-S 2024/142: Making the employer satisfaction survey prepared after education mandatory in relevant units during processes such as internship, teaching practice, and ensuring that it is submitted as evidence in BIDR files (LYK 2021/55-b).
• LYK 2024/146: Issuing certificates to graduates who complete every 10 years
• Regular meetings with graduates and activities to review and update programs at certain intervals, ensuring that the objectives of the programs are met, and that the educational needs of students and society are met
• E&O 2024/39: Widely implementing practices such as thesis and poster competitions/exhibitions/graduation project competitions at undergraduate and graduate levels in units within the scope of the Incentive and Award Directive for Educational and Instructional Activities prepared by the Education Commission (EIF 2022/13-a)
• E&O 2024/46: Directing graduates, sponsors, etc. to different funding sources for increasing the number of current printed/online resources in the library (EIF 2023/2 (SEP F.1.1.2.).
• LYK 2024/12: Preparing improvement plans based on the results of Institutional Feedback Report/GU Institutional Monitoring Report/KIDR/Satisfaction Survey/Graduate Survey/Employer Survey Reports (LYK 2021/11).
• AG 2024/51: Organizing workshops with experienced entrepreneurial academicians who are graduates of Gazi and announcing the successes of these entrepreneurs at Gazi University (AIF 2022/16).
• AG-S 2024/59: Collaboration with Technopark A.Ş. to reach graduates and students who have completed internships (AIF 2021/ (KYIF.23/e).
• TK 2024/44: Organizing student projects (graduation, TÜBİTAK, etc.) targeting disadvantaged groups listed in the current priority areas of our university and increasing their number (TIF 2022/8) Support can also be provided to us within the scope of Tuesday Conferences by specifying the subject and individuals you will mention.
