Course Registration and Renewal Processes

Course selections are made by students online via the Student Affairs Information System athttps://obs.gazi.edu.tr/oibs/std/login.aspx.

Doctoral and Thesis Master’s students, after selecting courses, if a contribution fee is generated, must pay the contribution fee at Halkbank branches using their student numbers and then approve their course registration.

Note: Students who exceed the normal study period or who have another associate, bachelor’s, or non-thesis master’s enrollment must pay the contribution fee.

Last day for students whose situations comply with the “Justified and Valid Reasons Regulation” to apply to their academic units for course registration

February 12, 2026

Interactive course registration with advisors for students whose situations are accepted by relevant administrative boards under the “Justified and Valid Reasons Regulation”

February 23–24, 2026

• For students who approved course registration between February 2–4: Course add/drop (student–advisor interactive)
• Advisor approvals for students without an advisor and newly enrolled students will be carried out by the Head of the Department.

February 19–20, 2026

• Doctoral Qualifying Examinations

• Last Day of Classes

• Final Examinations

• Deadline for entering final exam grades
