Updates have been made to our University's Student Information System for the 2023-2024 academic year, fall semester, to enable exam definitions to be created based on the exam definitions in the course information contained in the Information Package. This will allow the Department Chair to automatically define exams based on the exam type and percentages specified in the course definition within the information package. Exam definition processes have been closed for instructors teaching the course. The relevant Department Chair can now create exams using the information on the number and contribution percentages of semester work in the course information package definition in the course evaluation field, in accordance with the exam definitions in the “Course Definition Form” approved by the Senate.
