Students will be admitted to our graduate programs in the Spring Semester of the 2024-2025 Academic Year. Applications and final registrations will be online and the documents required during the application will be uploaded to the system by our prospective students.

Candidates who do not apply/register on the announced dates will lose their rights. Please follow our web page as the dates may change.

If your information is missing or incorrect, contact the university you graduated from.
During the document uploading phase of the application, undergraduate / graduate graduation diploma or E-Government higher education graduation certificate can be uploaded.
Candidates with a bachelor's degree can apply to Master's programs.
Candidates with a Master's degree with thesis can apply to PhD programs.
Candidates who graduated from master's degree programs without thesis before 06/02/2013 or graduated by enrolling in a master's degree program without thesis before this date can also apply to doctoral programs.
You can submit your ALES certificate on the ÖSYM web page.
ALES exam scores are valid for 5 years.
You need to upload your YDS/e-YDS/YÖKDİL document to the application system in PDF format with verification code from ÖSYM web page. YDS/e-YDS/YÖKDİL exam scores are valid for 5 years.
Foreign applicants must certify that they have at least B2 level Turkish proficiency in the Turkish proficiency exam conducted within the framework of the principles determined by Gazi University TÖMER Directorate.
Foreign national candidates must submit a residence permit with validity period. (Ministry of Interior, Directorate of Migration Management's letter dated 27.06.2024 and numbered 272105, EBYS 02.07.2024-E.984587)
You are required to upload your passport size photo with biometric features to the application system for use in the application.
If the photograph is uploaded to the application system in violation of the legislation, all applications of the candidate will be canceled.

The candidate is responsible for the missing/incorrect information provided during the application and the uploaded documents. After your application process, check your information by logging back into the system.
Male candidates who are citizens of the Republic of Turkey must upload their military service status certificates taken within the last week as of the application date. (https://www.turkiye.gov.tr/mill-savunma-askerligim)
-Candidates who are serving as military personnel will upload their duty station certificate or personnel ID card to the system.

►► Article 11-(2) of our University's Directive on Admission of Students from Abroad: The candidate applying to the graduate program must certify that he/she has at least B2 level Turkish proficiency in the Turkish proficiency exam conducted within the framework of the principles determined by Gazi University TÖMER Directorate before the preliminary registration. The applicant who does not have at least B2 level Turkish proficiency certificate is enrolled in the relevant graduate program. For students whose Turkish level is not sufficient, one year is allowed for the Turkish preparatory course at Gazi University TÖMER and this period is not included in the maximum duration of the relevant program. The registration of the candidate who fails to submit his/her document for any reason other than the excuses specified in Gazi University Directive on Justified and Valid Reasons within the specified period is deleted.

Examination and Assessment Fee Bank Account: Foreign applicants are required to deposit the evaluation fee of $100 to the account below and upload the receipt to the application system.
Financial provisions ARTICLE 13-(1) The examination fee and the evaluation fee for the examination procedures are deposited into the accounts determined by the University Revolving Fund Management Directorate according to Article 58 of the Law No. 2547.
Our foreign applicants are required to deposit the application fee of 100$ to the account specified below and upload the receipt to the application system.
When depositing your fee, you must write and sign in the explanation section: “Name Surname, 2024-2025 SPRING SEMESTER Application Fee”.

In case the application is invalid / the candidate is not placed, the fee will not be refunded. For this reason, it is recommended not to pay the fee without examining the special conditions (MA)(DR) of the program applied.
Since detailed information and possible changes regarding the admission process to the Graduate Programs will be announced on the web pages of the Graduate Schools, those interested should follow these pages regularly. The responsibility for missing documents and misrepresentation belongs to the candidate. In this case, even if the registration is received, the registration of the candidate will be canceled.
For some time now, we have not been receiving e-mails from the addresses with the extension gazi.edu.tr of our university to the addresses with the extensions Hotmail, Msn and Outlook. Do not use these e-mail addresses while registering to the application system.
