Başvurular/Kesin Kayıtlar Çevrimiçi olarak gerçekleşecek olup, Adayların Sistemde Başvuru Onay (Kabul Ediyorum) Metni ve Kesin Kayıt Taahhüt Metnini onaylaması gerekmektedir. Süresi içinde Onaylanmayan başvurular dikkate alınmayacaktır.

Yükseköğretim Kurulu Başkanlığı’nın Üniversitelere hitaben; Kayıt İçin İstenen Belgelerde Bürokrasinin Azaltılması yazısına istinaden; sadece güvenli elektronik ortamlardan çevrimiçi olarak çekilemeyen bilgiler ayrıca sisteme pdf belge olarak yüklenmesi istenmektedir. Ayrıca tüm adaylar Biyometrik özellikli (.jpg formatında) vesikalık fotoğraf yüklenmelidir.

► Başvuru ve Kesin Kayıt Sürecine ilişkin teknik problemler için: Kimlik/Aday Numarası, başvurduğu program ve yaşadığı soruna ilişkin sistem uyarı mesajını da (ekran görüntüsü) ekleyerek saglikb@gazi.edu.tr adresine yönlendirmeniz halinde daha hızlı ve verimli çözüm üretilecektir.

► Sistemde başvuru oluştururken; tanımlanacak e-posta adresinin aktif olarak kullanılan bir e-posta olmasına dikkat edilmelidir. Şifrenin unutulması durumunda, hatalı başvuru veya herhangi bir durumda aday ile bu e-posta adresi üzerinden iletişime geçilecektir.

Applications/Final Registrations will take place online and candidates must approve the Application Confirmation (I Accept) Text and Final Registration Commitment Text in the system. Applications that are not approved in due time will not be taken into consideration.

The Presidency of the Council of Higher Education addressed to the Universities; Based on the letter on Reducing Bureaucracy in Documents Requested for Registration; only information that cannot be taken online from secure electronic media is also requested to be uploaded to the system as a pdf document. In addition, all candidates must upload a passport photo with biometric features (.jpg format).

► When creating an application in the system; it should be ensured that the e-mail address to be defined is an actively used e-mail address. In case of forgotten password, incorrect application or in any other case, the candidate will be contacted via this e-mail address.

► TEZSİZ YÜKSEK LİSANS PROGRAMLARINA BAŞVURULARDA 

  1. YDS/e-YDS/YÖKDİL Puanı isteyen programlar için sisteme girilmesi yeterlidir, belge yüklemeye gerek yoktur. Eğer YDS/e-YDS/YÖKDİL dışında ÖSYM tarafından eşdeğerliliği kabul edilen sınavlardan birinden puanınız var ise; YDS puan türü karşılığını sisteme yazmanız ve “YDS’ye eşdeğer sınav belgesi” kısmına sınavınızın sonuç belgesini yüklemeniz gerekmektedir.

► TEZLİ YÜKSEK LİSANS PROGRAMLARINA BAŞVURULARDA 

  1. Henüz Lisans Mezunu olamayan  Şartlı kayıt dilekçesi için tıklayınız.

1. For programs that require YDS/e-YDS/YÖKDİL score, it is sufficient to enter the system, there is no need to upload a document. FOR APPLICATIONS TO MASTER'S PROGRAMS WITH THESIS

1. Click here for the conditional registration petition for those who have not yet graduated from undergraduate program.

2. It is sufficient to enter YDS/e-YDS/YÖKDİL score into the system, there is no need to upload a document. If you have a score from one of the exams accepted as equivalent by ÖSYM other than YDS/e-YDS/YÖKDİL; you need to write the equivalent of the YDS score type into the system and upload the result document of your exam in the "YDS equivalent exam document" section.

► Yurt dışı üniversitelerden mezun olan Türk Vatandaşı Adaylarımız:

Mezuniyet Bilgilerinin Enstitü tarafından Başvuru Sistemine girilmesi için; TC Kimlik Numarası Başvurduğu Program Adı, Yükseköğretim Kurulu Denklik/Okul Tanıma Belgesi, Diploma, Mezuniyet Not Dökümü ve Tasdikli Türkçe Çevirilerini saglikb@gazi.edu.tr adresine göndermeleri gerekmektedir. (mail başlığı:  'Yurt dışı mezuniyetin sisteme girilmesi' olmalıdır.)

Enstitünün bilgi girişinden sonra; a)Denklik Belgesi/Okul Tanıma Belgesi, Diploma-Tasdikli Türkçe Çevirisi, b)Mezuniyet Not Dökümü-Tasdikli Türkçe Çevirisini birlikte tarayarak Pdf formatında sisteme eklenmelidir. Başvurularını tamamlayarak onaylamaları gerekmektedir.

YABANCI UYRUKLU ADAYLARIMIZIN SİSTEME YÜKLEYECEKLERİ BELGELER:

1- GRE/GMAT veya ALES belgesini başvuru süresinde teslim edemeyecek olan adayların "koşullu olarak kabul edildikleri takdirde Yurt Dışından Yabancı uyruklu Kabul Yönergesinin madde 9'un 1. Fıkrasının (ç) Bendinde yer alan koşullu kabul şartlarını sağlayacakları konusundaki taahhüt belgesini sunmaları gerekmektedir.

2-Başvurularda ALES ve Yabancı Dil Şartı şartları öğrenci alımı tablosunda belirtilmiş olup, (YÖK Not Dönüşüm Tablosuna göre) Yüksek Lisans Programlarımız için Lisans AGNO puanı 2.30(ALES istemeyen bölümler için), Doktora Programlarımız için Yüksek Lisans AGNO puanı 2.5 olarak belirlenmiştir.  ALES puanının istenilip/istenilmediğine daha sonra Enstitü Yönetim Kurulu karar verecektir.

3.Şartlı başvurularda ilk dönem 2 ders alınacak olup 4 üzerinden 3 ortalamayı tutturan öğrencilerden ALES istenilmeyecektir.

4-Diş Hekimliği Fakültesi Ana Bilim Dallarına başvurusunda denklik belgesi zorunludur.

Turkish Citizen Candidates who graduated from universities abroad:

In order for their Graduation Information to be entered into the Application System by the Institute; They must send their Turkish ID Number, Program Name, Higher Education Council Equivalency / School Recognition Certificate, Diploma, Graduation Transcript and Certified Turkish Translations to saglikb@gazi.edu.tr. (the title of the e-mail should be: 'Entering the foreign graduation into the system').

After the information entry of the Institute; a) Equivalency Certificate / School Recognition Certificate, Diploma-Certified Turkish Translation, b) Graduation Transcript-Certified Turkish Translation should be scanned together and added to the system in Pdf format. They must complete and approve their applications.

DOCUMENTS TO BE UPLOADED TO THE SYSTEM BY OUR FOREIGN APPLICANTS:

    1. Candidates who cannot submit the GRE/GMAT or ALES document within the application period must submit a commitment document stating that they will meet the conditional admission requirements in Article 9, Paragraph 1, Clause (ç) of the Foreign National Admission Directive if they are conditionally admitted.
    2. The ALES and Foreign Language Requirements for applications are specified in the student intake table, and (according to the YÖK Grade Conversion Table) the Undergraduate GPA score for our Master's Programs is 2.30 (for departments that do not require ALES), and the Master's GPA score for our Doctorate Programs is determined as 2.5.  The Board of Directors of the Graduate School will then decide whether or not ALES score is required.
    3. In conditional applications, 2 courses will be taken in the first semester and ALES will not be required from students who achieve an average of 3 out of 4.
    4. Equivalency certificate is compulsory for applications to the Faculty of Dentistry Departments.

Creating a user in the system;
  • - Candidates who are dual citizens should select the other nationality/country when creating a user (non-Turkish).
  • - In the field where passport number is requested, if available, the Foreign National Identity Number must be used.

 

Financial provisions ARTICLE 13-(1) The examination fee and the evaluation fee for the examination procedures are deposited to the accounts determined by the University Revolving Fund Management Directorate according to Article 58 of the Law No. 2547.

Foreign applicants are required to deposit the application fee of 100$ to the account specified below and upload the receipt to the application system.

When depositing your fee, you must write: "G.Ü. Graduate Education 23-24 Fall Semester Application Fee" in the explanation section.

Some Points to Consider in the Application System

Photo Upload

A passport photo in .jpg format with biometric features must be uploaded. (Photos uploaded to the system are used in ID card printing)

Identity Information

Pay attention to the explanations and fill in the required fields..

Contact Information

Correspondence via e-mail is official. It is important to use the e-mail address actively used when registering to the system during the application. In case the password is forgotten, the relevant e-mail address will be forwarded.  In addition, in any case, the candidate will be contacted via this e-mail address or the phone number entered.

Examination Information (ALES and YDS)

The validity period of the ALES score is 5 years from the date the exam result is announced.

Students who have GRE/GMAT score instead of ALES score; should write the ALES equivalents of GRE/GMAT scores in the system. The 5-year period must not have expired as of the date of application.  Exam Information (ALES AND YDS) The validity period of the ALES score is 5 years from the date the exam result is announced.

YDS, e-YDS, YÖKDİL/e-YÖKDİL: Valid for 5 years from the date of the exam.

or the YDS score equivalent of the Language Scores accepted by ÖSYM for the equivalence of Foreign Language Exams must be entered into the Application System.  The 2-year period must not have expired as of the date of application.  Note: Since the equivalence of IELTS exam is no longer valid, this score is not valid for applications.

Graduation Information

Candidates make transactions on the system with their education information taken from the YÖKSİS database.        

WARNING: In the applications of candidates who have graduated or will graduate from higher education institutions in Turkey; The information of the candidate taken from YÖKSİS is taken as basis. Since the General Weighted Grade Point Average withdrawn from YÖKSİS will be valid in the evaluation, it is of great importance that the Grade Point Average of the candidates is up-to-date in YÖKSİS and that the uploaded document matches all other information withdrawn from the system. Otherwise, candidates should contact their universities and ensure that the necessary updates are made.

Turkish applicants who completed their undergraduate or graduate education abroad: In order for the Graduation Information to be entered into the Application System by the Graduate School, they must send their Turkish ID / Candidate Number, Program Name, Higher Education Council Equivalency / School Recognition Certificate, Diploma, Graduation Transcript and Certified Turkish Translations to saglikb@gazi.edu.tr e-mail address.
 

After the information entry of the Institute; they must upload their documents to the system in Pdf format and complete and approve their applications.

Documents

(If the candidate is applying with an exam result accepted as equivalent to YDS and ALES, he/she should upload his/her document under the "Examination Certificate Equivalent to YDS" and "Examination Certificate Equivalent to ALES" section.

NOTE: Since Turkish Citizen Identity Information, graduation information, ALES, YDS, e-YDS, YÖKDİL, e-YÖKDİL results can be withdrawn from the system, there is no need to upload additional documents. Since the graduation of our Foreign National and Foreign Graduate candidates cannot be withdrawn from the system, they must upload all their documents completely.

WARNING: Our candidates should pay attention that the documents uploaded to the Application System are not incomplete / incorrect. Since no additional documents will be requested at the final registration stage, all responsibility will belong to the candidate in case of an error / deficiency in the documents checked at the final registration.

Preference Procedures

The evaluation of each Program to which the candidate applies is calculated independently of each other.

In the graduate applications of our Graduate School, except for non-thesis master's programs, it is not possible to apply to more than one graduate program with thesis at the same time.

Candidates have 2 preferences in total, except for non-thesis master's programs, in Gazi University Graduate Schools Graduate School applications.

Control and Approval Procedure

Unapproved applications will not be evaluated. NOTICE: When the candidate makes any correction or process in his/her application, the application approval is automatically removed. Therefore, the candidate must give application approval after each edit.
