► APPLICATIONS TO NON-THESIS MASTER PROGRAMS

  1. Front and back of your undergraduate diploma (Graduation certificate from e-government is also valid)
  2. Undergraduate graduate transcript or current transcript if you haven't graduated. (Must be barcoded or certified, sealed)
  3. Military status certificate to be obtained from e-government for male candidates.
  4. The front and back of your identity card must be uploaded to the "identity document" section.
  5. If the relevant program requires Pedagogical Formation, it must be installed.

► APPLICATIONS TO MASTER'S PROGRAMS WITH THESIS

  1. Front and back of your undergraduate diploma (Graduation certificate from e-government is also valid)
  2. Undergraduate graduate transcript or current transcript if you haven't graduated. (Must be barcoded or certified, sealed)
  3. ALES or GRE/GMAT result document that has not expired for 5 years (if you have a GRE/GMAT score, you need to write the ALES score type equivalent of it to the system and you must upload your exam result document to the "Exam document equivalent to ALES") NOTE: For post-doctoral ALES exemption, this is required. front and back of your diploma in the field (the graduation certificate you will receive from e-government is also valid)
  4. Foreign language certificate (YDS/e-YDS/YÖKDİL is valid for 5 years, the validity period of TOEFL IBT is 2 years.) (If you have a score from one of the exams whose equivalence is accepted by ÖSYM other than YDS/e-YDS/YÖKDİL, the YDS score type equivalent will be added to the system. You need to write your exam result document in the "YDS equivalent exam document" section.)

A passport photo with biometric feature in .jpg format should be uploaded. (Photos uploaded to the system are used for ID card printing)

Contact Information

Correspondence via e-mail is of an official nature. It is important to use the e-mail address that was actively used while registering to the system during the application. If the password is forgotten, a forwarding will be sent to the relevant e-mail address. In addition, in any case, the candidate will be contacted via this e-mail address or the phone number entered.

Exam Information (ALES AND YDS)

The validity period of the ALES score is 5 years from the date of the announcement of the exam result.

The validity period of YDS / e-YDS / YÖKDİL scores is 5 years from the date of the announcement of the exam result.

Candidates who have TOEFL IBT scores instead of YDS/e-YDS/YÖKDİL scores should upload the YDS equivalent of their TOEFL IBT scores to the system and upload the TOEFL IBT document in the "Exam document equivalent to YDS" section. Graduation Information

Candidates make transactions on the system with the education information obtained from the YÖKSİS database

WARNING: In the applications of candidates who have graduated or will graduate from higher education institutions in Turkey; The candidate's information obtained from YÖKSİS is taken as basis. Since the General Weighted Grade Point Average drawn from YÖKSİS will be valid in the evaluation, it is of great importance that the GPAs of the candidates are up-to-date in YÖKSİS and that the uploaded document and all other information obtained from the system match. Otherwise, candidates should contact their universities and ensure that the necessary updates are made.

Turkish candidates who have completed their undergraduate or graduate education abroad: In order for the Graduate Information to be entered into the Application System by the Institute; They are required to send their TR Identity Number, Program Name, Higher Education Council Equivalency/School Recognition Certificate, Diploma, Graduation Transcript and Certified Turkish Translations to the e-mail address saglikb@gazi.edu.tr.

After the institute's information entry; They are required to upload their documents in Pdf format to the system and complete their applications and approve them.

Preference Procedures

Evaluation of each program applied by the candidate is calculated independently of each other.

In the graduate applications of our Institute, it is not possible to apply to more than one graduate program with thesis at the same time, except for the non-thesis master's programs.

Candidates have 2 options for Gazi University graduate applications, excluding non-thesis master's programs.

Control and Approval Process

Unapproved applications will not be evaluated. WARNING: When the candidate makes any corrections or actions in his application, the application approval is automatically removed. Therefore, after each adjustment, the candidate must give approval for the application.
