✔Ders seçimlerini, ders değişikliklerini, ders ekleme ve ders bırakma işlemlerini danışmanının yönlendirmesiyle akademik takvimde belirlenen süre içerisinde yapar, onaylar

✔Dersin başarı harf notu en az CC olmak zorundadır.

✔The advisor approves it within the time specified in the academic calendar.



✔Recommends the Term Project Subject to the head of the department until the beginning of the following semester at the latest (Form 4).

✔Submits the Term Project Subject Proposal Form proposed by the consultant to the Institute at the latest until the beginning of the follow-up period (Form 4).

✔At the end of the 2nd term; Takes at least 10 lessons. He must be successful in all the courses he has taken.

✔ In order to register for the Term Project, the GPA must be at least 2.50/4.00 (CB).

✔The advisor approves it within the time specified in the academic calendar.



✔ Evaluates the Term Project as successful (B) or unsuccessful (F), and enters the grades into the Student Affairs Information System within the time specified in the academic calendar.

Transactions After Term Project Presentation  To be successful in all the courses taken

✔Having a general academic average of 2.50/4.00

✔Writes the term project in accordance with the thesis writing rules approved by the Senate, and presents the project as a seminar, at the latest, until the beginning of the following term.

✔ If he/she is successful in the exam, he/she submits a bound thesis (Semester Project), CD and other graduation documents to the Institute by making the corrections suggested by his/her advisor, if any, within one month at the latest.

 

✔Submits the Term Project Evaluation Form to the Head of the Department (Form 17).

✔Sends the Term Project Evaluation Form notified by the advisor to the Institute (Form 17).
