2022-2023 Academic Year Spring Semester Special Student Applications Will Be Accepted

2022-2023 Academic Year Spring Semester special student applications will be received between 13-20 February 2023.

In order to take courses as a special student, it is necessary to be registered in a graduate program in another higher education institution.

Special student application fee is 300 TL per credit, and one course fee is 3 credits x 300 = 900 TL.

IMPORTANT

The fee must be deposited from the applicant's account.

When paying the fee, "Special Student Application 2022-2023 Spring-Applicant's Name" should be written in the explanation part.

In order to take courses as a special student, it is necessary to be registered in a graduate program in another higher education institution.

The decision of the Graduate School Administrative Board regarding the request of a special student to take a course must reach our Institute by 23 February 2023 at the latest.

Required documents:

 

Private Student Course Registration Form (This form should be filled in the computer environment, first approved by the Head of the Department, then this document should be brought to our Institute in person.)

A student certificate obtained from the currently registered program in the first place. Then, the decision of the Board of Directors of the Institute until February 23, 2023 at the latest.

Copy of Turkish Identity Card, Passport copy for foreign students

Descriptions:

Private students can make their registration cancellation request or course change request between 06 - 07 March 2023 Course Add-Drop dates specified in the Academic Calendar.

Private student course registration is done on a semester basis, candidates who will apply in the next semester must repeat all the procedures.

The Private student pays the tuition fees determined by the Senate, attends the courses by registering the course, and, like the students registered at the Institute, fulfills the obligations specified in the Graduate Education and Exam Regulations for the semester they take the course/courses, but cannot benefit from the student rights.

Private students are not awarded diplomas or titles. A document showing the special student status, the courses taken and the grades can be given.

Private students are subject to the Higher Education Institutions Student Discipline Regulation published in the Official Gazette dated 18/08/2012 and numbered 28388.
