Course registrations for the 2025–2026 Fall semester will begin on Thursday, September 11, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. and end on Monday, September 15, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. Course registrations will be carried out online via the Gazi University Student Information System (https://obs.gazi.edu.tr).

Course Registration and Renewal Procedures

Course selections must be made by the student online through the Student Affairs Information System at
https://obs.gazi.edu.tr/oibs/std/login.aspx.

Doctorate and Thesis Master’s students must pay any accrued tuition contribution fees (if applicable) via Halkbank branches using their student number, and then confirm their course registration.

Note: Students who exceed the normal period of study or are enrolled in another associate, bachelor’s, or non-thesis master’s program must pay a tuition contribution fee.

• Start of registration: September 11, 2025 – 12:00

• End of registration: September 15, 2025 – 23:59

Non-Thesis Master’s students must pay their course fees via Halkbank branches using their student number after selecting their courses, and then confirm their registration.

Important Notice!

Students who received a “correction” (3 months + 6 months) decision in their Thesis Defense Exam must also register for the course
“Master’s Thesis Study” or “Doctoral Thesis Study” during the course registration period.
