Attention to Students Who Applied by September 18, 2026, Under Amnesty Law No. 7592!

The enrollments of students who submitted applications to our Institute by September 18, 2026, under Amnesty Law No. 7592, have been completed.

The student status currently appears as Passive (Not Renewed Registration) in YÖKSİS. After the course registration process is completed, the student status will be updated to ACTIVE.

IMPORTANT DATES
Course registration period: September 28–30, 2026
Course registration and approval procedures: Will be carried out by the Heads of Academic Departments between September 28–30, 2026.
Deadline for submitting advisor assignment forms: October 02, 2026
⚠ ATTENTION!
Course registration procedures will be conducted by academic advisors via OBS between September 28–30, 2026.
During the same dates, course registration and course approval procedures will be completed by the Heads of Academic Departments. ***(Between September 28–30, 2026, course registration and approval procedures will be handled by the Department Chairs.)
FOR STUDENTS IN THE COURSE AND THESIS STAGE

Students starting from the Course and Thesis period must contact their respective Department Chairmanship to ensure that their advisor assignment forms are submitted by October 02, 2026.

Students must contact the relevant Department Chairmanship for course and thesis registration procedures.

Please click here to access the Student Information System (OBS).
► Creating OBS Password
For first-time login, students must log in via E-Devlet and create an OBS password under the User Operations → Change Password menu.
► Updating Contact Information
E-mail address, mobile phone number, and residential address details must be updated.

► Gazi E-mail Address
For students who do not previously have a Gazi email address, a new email address formatted as studentid@gazi.edu.tr has been created and added to their contact information.
You can set or update your password via https://epostatalep.gazi.edu.tr (Please click here for the User Manual).
► Important Contact Notice
The email addresses with the @gazi.edu.tr extension will be used as the primary contact address for all communications.
Announcements and other official notifications will be sent through these addresses.
► DURING OBS COURSE AND THESIS REGISTRATION STAGE
1. During Course Stage

Master’s students must select the Preparation for Master’s Thesis course, and Ph.D. students must select the Preparation for Ph.D. Thesis course.

2. During Thesis Stage

Master’s students must select the Master’s Thesis Work course, and Ph.D. students must select the Ph.D. Thesis Work course.

► TUITION FEE PROCESSES

Presidential Decision Regarding the Determination of Student Tuition Fees and Contributions for the 2026–2027 Academic Year

Article (8): For students whose registration was previously cancelled but who regained the right to resume their education through legal regulations, the periods covered by the State for student contribution fees shall be calculated by deducting the semesters prior to the initial post-amnesty registration from the standard program durations specified in Article 10.
