Required Documents

1. Special Student Course Registration Form (This form must be completed electronically, first approved by the Department Chairmanship, and subsequently delivered in person to our Institute.)

2. Initially, an official Student Certificate issued by the current enrolled program.
   Subsequently, the decision of the Institute Administrative Board issued no later than October 02, 2026.
3. Copy of National ID card (or passport copy for international students).
4. Payment receipt (bank transfer slip).

Additional Information

1. Special students may submit requests for registration cancellation or course changes upon their own request within the dates specified in the Academic Calendar for Course Add/Drop (October 01 – 02, 2026).
2. Special student course registration procedures are conducted on a semester basis. Applicants who wish to apply in the following semester must repeat all procedures.
3. Special students pay the tuition fees determined by the Senate, complete course registration, attend classes, and fulfill the requirements specified in the Graduate Education and Examination Regulations for the semester(s) in which they take courses just like regular students; however, they cannot benefit from full student rights.
4. Special students are not granted diplomas or titles. An official document showing their status as a special student along with the courses taken and grades earned may be issued upon request.
5. Special students are subject to the Higher Education Institutions Student Discipline Regulations published in the Official Gazette dated 18/08/2012 and numbered 28388.
