1.ORPHEUS is an international organization composed of higher education institutions that aims to develop and disseminate core standards and best practices in doctoral education in the fields of biomedicine and health sciences. It seeks to raise the standards of competencies expected from graduates of doctoral programs.
Starting from the Spring semester of the 2024-2025 academic year, new criteria have been established for the assignment of academic advisors and graduation requirements for newly enrolled students. The related Senate Decision can be accessed via the link below.

Our "ORPHEUS Supervision Workshop on PhD Education in Biomedicine & Health Sciences" was held on May 3, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, in a hybrid format across three separate conference halls. The event featured the online participation of Prof. Janet Carton (Vice President of ORPHEUS, University College Dublin, Ireland), Prof. Rudolf Schubert (Board Member, University of Augsburg, Germany), Prof. Michael Mulvany (Chair of the ORPHEUS Label Committee, Aarhus University, Denmark), and Prof. Gül Güner-Akdoğan (Member of the Label Committee, Izmir University of Economics, Turkey).
The workshop was conducted with the active in-person participation of 36 faculty members and our graduate students. In addition, our Unit Quality Team members and all faculty members were able to join online on a voluntary basis.

4.Our initiative, launched in 2024 to award the Best Thesis in the Field of Social Contribution with a Focus on Disadvantaged Groups, is featured as a Best Practice Example under our Quality section. The very first award was presented on June 5, 2024, to the doctoral dissertation titled "A Study on Sensory Input Processing and Sensory Plasticity in Visually Impaired Individuals", conducted within the Neuroscience Program by PhD graduate Hasan KILINÇ under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Bülent Cengiz.

Improvements Made Based on Student Feedback
1.Since 2021, our institute has been regularly conducting student satisfaction surveys. Based on the feedback received from students:
● The Biostatistics course, which was requested to be offered, was opened in the Fall semester of the 2024-2025 academic year following the decision dated 13.06.2024 and numbered 2024/206, and was immediately selected by students.
●Graduation requests of our students who have graduated or are about to graduate have been fulfilled, and for the first time, a Graduation Ceremony was held at the Institute of Health Sciences on 05.07.2024.
●In response to student requests for clearer and more understandable student forms and graduate program procedures, the forms have been revised, and the program procedures have been prepared in a more comprehensible manner.

DEPARTMENT OF NUTRITION AND DIETETICS: In the graduate and doctoral programs, including those within our department, positive responses to this question are higher compared to undergraduate and associate degree programs. DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL WORK: The most frequent response given was "I definitely agree," with a rate of 43%. DEPARTMENT OF PHARMACEUTICAL CHEMISTRY: Being a part of the university strengthens the sense of belonging, which can increase both academic and personal success. This sense of belonging positively affects the student's development and motivation. DEPARTMENT OF HISTOLOGY AND EMBRIOLOGY: The academic and social opportunities provided by the university support students' sense of belonging. However, for graduate students in particular, this sense of belonging may vary depending on their participation in educational processes and social activities. DEPARTMENT OF RECREATION: 12.6% of male participants answered "I definitely do not agree," while the rate for female participants was 10.2%. Similarly, 12.9% of males said "I disagree," while 16.4% of females did. The percentage of male students who said "I definitely agree" was 2.3%, while the rate for female students was 1.4%. These data suggest that males have a higher sense of belonging compared to females. The Pearson Chi-Square test showed a significant difference.

DEPARTMENT OF PHARMACEUTICAL CHEMISTRY: By increasing the university's social activities for students, more opportunities for participation in student clubs and communities can be provided. This can further strengthen students' sense of belonging. DEPARTMENT OF HISTOLOGY AND EMBRIOLOGY: Events can be organized to encourage students' greater involvement in academic and social activities, and the information dissemination processes can be strengthened. DEPARTMENT OF PHARMACEUTICAL CHEMISTRY: Feeling valuable increases students' motivation and strengthens their commitment to the university. It is very important for the institution to show respect to its students and value their opinions and contributions. DEPARTMENT OF HISTOLOGY AND EMBRIOLOGY: The university's academic staff and administrative units adopt a supportive approach towards students. The academic guidance provided to students, opportunities for participation in scientific projects, and communication with advisors support students in feeling valued. However, whether this feeling is experienced equally by all students may vary depending on individual experiences. DEPARTMENT OF RECREATION: There are some differences between female and male students in terms of how valued they feel at the university. 19.3% of female students say "Strongly disagree," while 19.5% of male students say the same. The percentage of those who say "Strongly agree" is 20.0% among male students and 10.6% among female students. Male students tend to feel more valued at the university. DEPARTMENT OF HISTOLOGY-EMBRYOLOGY: Information about the opportunities the university offers to students can be increased, and programs supporting individual development can be diversified. Furthermore, mechanisms to strengthen student representation could be established. DEPARTMENT OF RECREATION: To help female students feel more valued in the university, academic counseling, mentoring programs, and projects aimed at supporting female students can be developed. |

DEPARTMENT OF NUTRITION AND DIETETICS: Efforts to increase value-added contributions are being planned (such as open access planning, project-patent training, etc.). There are no additional suggestions regarding this matter. DEPARTMENT OF PHARMACEUTICAL CHEMISTRY: Being aware of the students' contributions enhances both their personal motivation and overall performance. Active participation by students directly impacts the development of the university. DEPARTMENT OF HISTOLOGY-EMBRYOLOGY: Graduate students contribute to the university by engaging in scientific research, conducting thesis and project work, and contributing to academic publication processes. Additionally, participation in national and international scientific events increases the academic visibility of the university. However, due to the heavy academic load at the graduate level, participation in social and cultural activities may be limited. DEPARTMENT OF PHYSIOLOGY: I believe this expression could be changed for associate and undergraduate students. This phrase may not have a major significance for associate and undergraduate level students, as I think the “value-added awareness” develops primarily in graduate education. DEPARTMENT OF RECREATION: When comparing students' efforts to add value to the university in terms of gender, 21.7% of female students strongly agree, while 29.5% of male students do. This suggests that male students have a higher level of self-confidence regarding adding value to the university. Furthermore, the proportion of those who are "undecided" is lower among male students (14.6% compared to 18.5%). The difference is statistically significant according to the Pearson Chi-Square test. |
DEPARTMENT OF PHARMACEUTICAL CHEMISTRY: Students could be provided with more opportunities to contribute academically and socially. Additionally, environments that encourage students to initiate their own projects could be created. DEPARTMENT OF PHARMACEUTICAL CHEMISTRY: The university's reputation instills confidence in students and enhances their academic success. A respected university also provides a significant advantage in students' job search processes. DEPARTMENT OF HISTOLOGY-EMBRYOLOGY: Our university is among the research universities and holds a reputable position with its qualified academic staff and institutional accreditation. It is assessed that students also agree on this matter. DEPARTMENT OF PHYSIOLOGY: I believe that the answer "Undecided" stems from a lack of information regarding how universities can be considered 'prestigious.' DEPARTMENT OF RECREATION: Perceptions of the university's reputation vary according to gender. While 27.7% of female students strongly agree with the statement, 28.1% of male students do the same. The percentage of undecided female students is 12.3%, while for male students, it is 16.4%. Male students are slightly more uncertain about the university's reputation. According to the Pearson Chi-Square test, this difference is statistically significant. |
DEPARTMENT OF FARMACEUTICAL CHEMISTRY : The university's international collaborations can be increased, and research projects can be made more visible, thereby ensuring the university gains more global recognition. In this way, the university's level of prestige can be further enhanced. DEPARTMENT OF PHYSIOLOGY : It is recommended that examples be provided in parentheses during the survey to clarify what can be referred to as "prestige." DEPARTMENT OF NUTRITION AND DIETETICS: It is believed that the negative responses are due to students not being familiar with the administration and not being aware of the operational processes. DEPARTMENT OF PHARMACEUTICAL CHEMISTRY: The effective management of the university directly impacts the quality of education and overall operations. Efficient management ensures that the needs of all stakeholders are addressed quickly and accurately. DEPARTMENT OF HISTOLOGY-EMBRYOLOGY: As students of the Department of Histology and Embryology, there is generally satisfaction with the university administration. It is believed that the negative responses in the survey are due to limited communication between students and the university administration, as well as a lack of sufficient information about operational processes. DEPARTMENT OF ANALYTICAL CHEMISTRY: There is a communication gap between the faculty administration and the students. There is a perception that administrative processes are not transparent enough to students. Students have difficulty accessing decision-making mechanisms related to the administration. DEPARTMENT OF PHYSIOLOGY: It is suggested that this statement be expanded and explained under subheadings, as the concept of "being managed" is multifaceted. Furthermore, expanding the statement under subheadings would provide detailed information regarding the specific aspects in which students who have negative views feel dissatisfied. DEPARTMENT OF RECREATION: 15.0% of female students and 25.0% of male students strongly disagree with the statement. This indicates that male students express greater dissatisfaction with the university administration. The proportion of female students who strongly agree is 10.8%, while for male students, it is 17.2%. It can be said that male students are more likely to express extreme views regarding the administration. According to the results of the Pearson Chi-Square test, the difference between genders is statistically significant. |
DEPARTMENT OF NUTRITION AND DIETETICS: Events should be planned where students and the university administration come together to increase the level of satisfaction regarding university administration. DEPARTMENT OF PHARMACEUTICAL CHEMISTRY: Making management processes more transparent and holding regular feedback meetings with all stakeholders could further improve the quality of university management. DEPARTMENT OF ANALYTICAL CHEMISTRY: To improve communication between the administration and students, open meetings should be organized. Decision-making processes should be more transparent, and important announcements should be made more accessible. A digital platform should be provided where students can directly communicate with the faculty administration. DEPARTMENT OF RECREATION: It could be beneficial for the university administration to engage more with students and increase student participation in management processes. Additionally, making the management processes more transparent could reduce dissatisfaction. |

DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES: The most common response to the question of whether events aimed at strengthening the sense of institutional belonging for staff, students, and alumni are sufficient was "I agree" with 25.2%. However, 20.6% of respondents indicated "I disagree." DEPARTMENT OF PHARMACEUTICAL CHEMISTRY: Institutional belonging is an important factor that increases the attachment of students, staff, and alumni to the university. Such events strengthen the sense of community and encourage collaboration. DEPARTMENT OF HISTOLOGY-EMBRYOLOGY: To reinforce the sense of belonging in our department, special event meals are organized by our academics on special occasions. DEPARTMENT OF ANALYTICAL CHEMISTRY: Students and alumni feel weak connections with the faculty. There is a perceived lack of events that would enhance the sense of institutional belonging. The student-community interaction within the faculty is low. DEPARTMENT OF RECREATION: 28.6% of female students and 30.0% of male students strongly disagree with the statement. In both groups, events that would strengthen the sense of belonging are seen as insufficient. The proportion of female students who strongly agree is 7.8%, while for male students, it is 13.6%. This suggests that male students have a slightly more positive view of the university's belonging-related events. According to the results of the Pearson Chi-Square test, a significant difference exists.

DEPARTMENT OF NUTRITION AND DIETETICS: It is suggested that graduation ceremonies, breakfasts, or field-specific institutional visits, where faculty members also participate, could be planned as part of programs aimed at increasing institutional belonging. Additionally, orientation programs should include information about the alumni card application. DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES: At this point, the continuity and increase of the events can be considered. DEPARTMENT OF PHARMACEUTICAL CHEMISTRY: More social events and projects that increase active interaction with alumni could be organized. On-campus social events and platforms that strengthen connections with alumni could be created. |

DEPARTMENT OF NUTRITION AND DIETETICS: It is believed that the negative responses are due to students not being aware of the quality processes. Currently, it is expected that students' views will improve through the quality representation programs that are being planned. DEPARTMENT OF PHARMACEUTICAL CHEMISTRY: Quality improvement efforts play a critical role in enhancing the overall performance of the university and improving educational processes. Effective practices ensure continuous development. DEPARTMENT OF HISTOLOGY-EMBRYOLOGY: It is believed that the negative evaluations by students are not due to the university's financial management policies, but rather stem from general economic conditions and students' lack of sufficient knowledge about budgeting processes. However, effective management of costs, especially in departments that require laboratory and research activities, is an important factor. DEPARTMENT OF ANALYTICAL CHEMISTRY: There is a perception that quality improvement processes in the faculty are not effective. Insufficient information is provided to students and academic staff about the improvement efforts. There is a belief that continuous development and evaluation mechanisms are inadequate. DEPARTMENT OF PHYSIOLOGY: I believe that there is a lack of communication regarding the quality improvement efforts that have been carried out with the students. DEPARTMENT OF RECREATION: 18.8% of female students and 19.4% of male students strongly disagree with the statement. The proportion of female students who strongly agree is 12.6%, while for male students, it is 13.0%. The general views on quality improvement efforts are similar between both genders. However, it is observed that the overall dissatisfaction rate is high. According to the Pearson Chi-Square test, there is a significant difference. |
DEPARTMENT OF NUTRITION AND DIETETICS: Additionally, a distinction should be made between accredited and non-accredited departments, considering the differences between the two, and non-accredited departments should be encouraged towards accreditation. DEPARTMENT OF PHARMACEUTICAL CHEMISTRY: Engaging a wider range of stakeholders in quality improvement efforts could lead to more in-depth improvements in various areas. This process creates a more participatory and efficient management approach. DEPARTMENT OF HISTOLOGY-EMBRYOLOGY: It is believed that the university consults students and academic staff on specific issues. However, it is difficult to make a clear evaluation on whether stakeholder participation is sufficient in all processes. DEPARTMENT OF ANALYTICAL CHEMISTRY: Students and academic staff feel they do not have enough influence in the faculty's improvement efforts. It seems that feedback mechanisms are insufficient, and participatory processes are lacking. DEPARTMENT OF RECREATION: 14.5% of female students and 17.4% of male students strongly disagree with the statement. The proportion of female students who strongly agree is 11.2%, while for male students, it is 15.2%. Male students believe that stakeholder opinions are given more consideration. However, in general, a large portion of students remain undecided or have expressed negative views on this issue. According to the Pearson Chi-Square test, a significant difference exists.

DEPARTMENT OF PHARMACEUTICAL CHEMISTRY: The use of digital platforms for collecting stakeholder opinions can be increased. Surveys, forums, or online meetings can be organized to reach a wider audience. DEPARTMENT OF HISTOLOGY-EMBRYOLOGY: Regular surveys and meetings can be organized where students, academic staff, and administrative personnel can provide feedback on improvement efforts. DEPARTMENT OF ANALYTICAL CHEMISTRY: Student and academic feedback should be collected regularly. Survey results should be shared transparently, and the changes to be made should be clearly explained. DEPARTMENT OF RECREATION: Meetings involving student representatives should be held more frequently, and student feedback mechanisms should be made more active. It should be clearly communicated how students' views impact the decision-making processes. |

DEPARTMENT OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND SPORTS: 16.7% of female students and 19.4% of male students strongly disagree with the statement. The proportion of female students who strongly agree is 7.3%, while for male students, it is 15.3%. Male students seem to have a slightly more positive view regarding the information provided about improvement efforts. DEPARTMENT OF PHARMACEUTICAL CHEMISTRY: Information sharing is important for transparency and trust-building. When students and other stakeholders are aware of the improvements being made, it increases their motivation to contribute. DEPARTMENT OF HISTOLOGY-EMBRYOLOGY: Although some of the university's improvement efforts are announced, it is believed that not all students are effectively informed. DEPARTMENT OF ANALYTICAL CHEMISTRY: Students do not receive sufficient information from the faculty management about changes being made. Even when improvement processes are announced, they are not communicated to students in a clear and understandable manner. |
DEPARTMENT OF NUTRITION AND DIETETICS: It is believed that the awareness of the ongoing efforts will increase through the establishment of advisory boards and student representation. DEPARTMENT OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND SPORTS: To strengthen the information-sharing processes, it could be beneficial to share developments more frequently with students through regular email updates, bulletin boards, and student forums. DEPARTMENT OF PHARMACEUTICAL CHEMISTRY: Making the information-sharing processes regarding improvement efforts more visible and conducting regular reporting may encourage stakeholders to engage in the process. DEPARTMENT OF HISTOLOGY-EMBRYOLOGY: Channels such as the website, email announcements, and social media can be used more effectively. Regular newsletters about the improvements made could be published. DEPARTMENT OF ANALYTICAL CHEMISTRY: An effective communication channel for announcements should be established (email, social media, bulletin boards, etc.). DEPARTMENT OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND SPORTS: 22.5% of female students and 29.8% of male students answered "Strongly disagree." These percentages indicate that students feel they are not included in the decision-making processes of the university management. The percentage of students who answered "Strongly agree" is 5.0% for female students and 12.5% for male students. Although male students seem to feel slightly more included in the process, overall, students state that they do not participate enough in the management processes. DEPARTMENT OF PHARMACEUTICAL CHEMISTRY: Involving students in the decision-making processes ensures that the university has a more democratic structure. This allows students' voices to be heard and their needs to be addressed. DEPARTMENT OF HISTOLOGY-EMBRYOLOGY: Although student opinions are collected through student representatives, there is uncertainty about how much they influence the decision-making mechanisms. DEPARTMENT OF ANALYTICAL CHEMISTRY: Students believe they do not have enough influence in the management processes of the faculty. A participatory mechanism has not been established between faculty management and students.

DEPARTMENT OF NUTRITION AND DIETETICS: It is suggested that student representation be provided in institute boards, allowing students to express their opinions. DEPARTMENT OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND SPORTS: Increasing the number of student representatives, encouraging students' participation in management meetings, and making feedback mechanisms more transparent can increase students' sense of involvement in the decision-making processes. DEPARTMENT OF PHARMACEUTICAL CHEMISTRY: To ensure that students play an active role in decision-making processes, strengthening student representatives and their communities could lead to more effective participation. DEPARTMENT OF HISTOLOGY-EMBRYOLOGY: Mechanisms can be created to enhance the effectiveness of student representatives to increase students' participation in management processes. DEPARTMENT OF ANALYTICAL CHEMISTRY: Student representatives should be encouraged to attend faculty meetings. Special meetings should be held to create a bridge between student ideas and management. DEPARTMENT OF PHARMACEUTICAL TOXICOLOGY: It may be suggested that improvements made be communicated to students in the departments. In cases where decisions made within the department affect students, it is recommended that department student representatives contact other students to convey their collective opinion to the department chair. |

DEPARTMENT OF NUTRITION AND DIETETICS: It is believed that the negative responses stem from students' insufficient knowledge of the administration. DEPARTMENT OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND SPORTS: 23.1% of female students and 28.7% of male students answered "Strongly disagree." The percentage of female students who answered "Strongly agree" is 6.0%, while for male students, it is 12.6%. Although male students have a slightly more positive view on cooperation, both groups generally believe that cooperation is not at an adequate level. DEPARTMENT OF PHARMACEUTICAL CHEMISTRY: Strong cooperation between students and university management ensures quick resolution of problems and creates a more efficient learning environment. Good communication increases mutual trust. DEPARTMENT OF HISTOLOGY-EMBRYOLOGY: Communication between university management and students is facilitated through specific channels. However, it is believed that students may face some barriers in directly reaching the administration. DEPARTMENT OF ANALYTICAL CHEMISTRY: Students are struggling to establish effective communication with the administration. There is a perception that the administration is indifferent to student issues.

DEPARTMENT OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND SPORTS: To increase communication between students and university management, regular meetings, feedback sessions, and a system that provides faster responses to student complaints could be established. DEPARTMENT OF PHARMACEUTICAL CHEMISTRY: To further strengthen cooperation, regular meetings or events can be organized. This way, students' needs can be communicated more directly and quickly, and the management can provide responses. Regarding the sufficiency of the services, 16.6% of female students and 18.0% of male students strongly disagreed, while 4.4% of female students and 12.3% of male students strongly agreed. It is believed that both female and male students are not well-informed about guidance and psychological counseling services, and those who are aware do not find them sufficient. DEPARTMENT OF HISTOLOGY-EMBRYOLOGY : Students may not have enough information about the availability of these services and how to access them. DEPARTMENT OF HISTOLOGY-EMBRYOLOGY: Graduate students studying at the Faculty of Medicine's Dean's Office building face various difficulties regarding lunch. DEPARTMENT OF HISTOLOGY AND EMBRYOLOGY: While it is believed that there is a certain level of sensitivity towards student issues, there is uncertainty about whether all problems are addressed quickly and effectively. DEPARTMENT OF ANALYTICAL CHEMISTRY: Students believe that the faculty is not sufficiently responsive to student issues. There is a perception that there is no effective feedback mechanism in place, or that existing mechanisms are not functioning properly. DEPARTMENT OF PHYSIOLOGY: When a student encounters a problem, the university’s responsiveness makes the student feel safe, which positively affects their academic success. DEPARTMENT OF SPORTS MANAGEMENT: Among male students, the “Strongly Disagree” rate is quite high at 32.2%, while it is 23.3% for female students. Similarly, the “Disagree” rate is 14.0% for males and 18.8% for females. 24.3% of female students and 20.9% of male students responded with “Agree.” The “Strongly Agree” rate was 12.8% for males and 7.3% for females. These findings indicate that female students believe the university is less responsive to student issues, whereas male students take a more cautious approach. |
DEPARTMENT OF NUTRITION AND DIETETICS: Improvement plans should be made and implemented based on the results of monitoring activities. DEPARTMENT OF PHARMACEUTICAL CHEMISTRY: A crisis management team can be established to provide quick and effective solutions to student issues. Additionally, the scope of counseling services for students can be expanded to better address and resolve various problems. DEPARTMENT OF HISTOLOGY AND EMBRYOLOGY: Student feedback mechanisms should be strengthened to enable faster resolution of problems. DEPARTMENT OF ANALYTICAL CHEMISTRY: A “Student Support Center” should be established to ensure that student complaints and requests are taken seriously by the administration. An online platform should be created for students to submit their feedback, and each complaint should be tracked. The responses of the administration to student issues should be shared transparently. Regular student meetings and open-door days should be organized to allow direct communication with the administration. DEPARTMENT OF SPORTS MANAGEMENT: A transparent and accessible feedback mechanism that takes student demands into account should be established, and an effective communication platform should be provided between university administration and students. Additionally, to increase sensitivity to student issues, regular meetings, strengthening of the student representation system, and improvements in resolution processes should be considered. |

DEPARTMENT OF NUTRITION AND DIETETICS: It is thought that the negative responses to this question are mostly due to the country's economic conditions. DEPARTMENT OF PHARMACEUTICAL CHEMISTRY: The quality of student life is a factor that increases overall satisfaction along with academic success. Social life, events, and campus facilities directly affect students' quality of life. DEPARTMENT OF HISTOLOGY AND EMBRYOLOGY: It is believed that students who gave negative answers in the surveys are dissatisfied more due to economic conditions than the university itself. Especially pursuing postgraduate education without working is increasingly difficult under current circumstances. DEPARTMENT OF SPORTS MANAGEMENT: Among male students, the “Strongly disagree” rate is 24.0%, while among female students it is 19.0%. Additionally, 15.3% of female students and 16.5% of male students responded “Disagree.” From this, it can be inferred that male students take a more sensitive stance on the issue. 27.9% of female students and 23.3% of male students responded “Agree.” The rate of “Strongly agree” was higher among male students at 15.3%, compared to 8.6% among female students. These findings indicate that male students are generally more satisfied with higher education life, while female students exhibit more indecision and a questioning attitude. |
DEPARTMENT OF NUTRITION AND DIETETICS: Planning should be done and information provided to enable master's and doctoral students to access affordable guesthouses during their period of study. It is believed that planning within the campus to facilitate student life will increase satisfaction levels. DEPARTMENT OF PHARMACEUTICAL CHEMISTRY: Diversifying the social spaces and events on campus can offer students more opportunities for social interaction. Additionally, infrastructure investments that enhance quality of life can be implemented. DEPARTMENT OF HISTOLOGY AND EMBRYOLOGY: Informative sessions about scholarship programs can be organized for non-working graduate students, and economic support mechanisms can be expanded. DEPARTMENT OF SPORTS MANAGEMENT: The reasons behind female students' dissatisfaction should be investigated in detail. Social and academic support mechanisms should be improved to make university life more satisfying for all students. In particular, improving social spaces and increasing academic support can enhance student satisfaction. |

LYK-S 2024/89: Efforts should be made to use the Alumni Information System more effectively and to enhance its widespread impact. (LYK 2021/23-a)
LYK 2024/100: Organizing meetings with successful Gazi University alumni who are employers, students, academics, and bureaucrats. (LYK 2022/8)
LYK 2024/138: Arranging reunions for alumni under a designated name/slogan (e.g., 10th-year graduates, 20th-year graduates), presenting commemorative plaques, and turning the event into a tradition. (LYK 2021/23-d)

TK 2024/44: Aligning student projects (graduation, TÜBİTAK, etc.) with the university’s current priority areas of social contribution, especially targeting disadvantaged groups, and increasing their number. On July 5, 2024, for the first time, a graduation ceremony was held at the Institute of Health Sciences to celebrate and bid farewell to our students who successfully completed their postgraduate education.
