Applications will be received for the 2025 academic works within the scope of the awards granted annually by our Rectorate to support our University's academic and scientific achievements and to encourage publications, patents, industrial designs, and projects that promote our University's name nationally and internationally.

Applications for works completed at our University in 2025 and eligible for evaluation under the award scope will be conducted electronically via the Application Management System between September 14, 2026 – October 16, 2026.

Applications must be submitted through the Application Management System available at https://bys.gazi.edu.tr/login.

It is of great importance that academic staff members planning to apply carefully review the Incentive Award Implementation Guidelines prior to submission and upload all relevant information and required documents completely into the system.
